On Wednesday 14th June 2017 we celebrated volunteer's week with a celebratory lunch to thank all the hard work our volunteers have contributed throughout the year. We also had a guest speaker from Argenti Telecare Service who provide healthcare technology. -

A report on Patients with Learning Disabilities and their experience of Blood Tests in Barnet -

During February and March 2019, we conducted a survey with patients attending A&E departments in the Royal Free Hospital Trust. Our team of staff and volunteers visited the Accident & Emergency Departments at Barnet Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital to gather the views of over 500 patients. The main objective was to identify why people were coming to A&E.

The contract is initially for 1 year so will be reviewed again in early 2019. But we are delighted to be continuing! -

Welcome to our Healthwatch Barnet newsletter for July.
We would like to start by thanking our fantastic volunteers who have contributed over 1,700 hours of their time and expertise in helping developing health and social care services. Read on to find out more about their activity and our Healthwatch Barnet projects.

What happens when a GP wants to refer you to a specialist? They send the referral to the Referral Management Service. The RMS team send the patient a letter within three weeks of the referral explaining how to book an appointment,online or via phone. -
