Sarah Campbell (she/her) - Manager
Sarah joined Healthwatch Barnet in May 2023, bringing 15 years of experience in engagement, research and advocacy. She is passionate about supporting local people to influence the design and delivery of health services in Barnet and nationally.
Before joining Healthwatch, Sarah led a number of successful projects working with diverse groups to change policy and practice. This included action research with social housing residents, refugees and survivors of domestic violence.
Prateeksha Menon (she/her) - Research and Engagement Officer
Prateeksha joined Healthwatch Barnet as a Research and Engagement Officer in January 2026. She is particularly interested in working with communities to understand their experiences and ensure these perspectives are reflected in how services are designed and delivered.
Before joining Healthwatch Barnet, Prateeksha supported research and community engagement projects with organisations including the British Red Cross and Christian Blind Mission. She holds a BA in Gender Studies from the University of Melbourne and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
