Nitish Lakhman - Manager
Nitish joined Inclusion Barnet in January 2019 to lead the Enablement Partnership with the NHS and has worked for both local and national charities, bringing a wealth of experience to the post. He says, 'I am delighted to be joining the Healthwatch Barnet team! Having used several different services myself I appreciate how important it is to people who live in Barnet to have high-quality health and social care services. I strongly believe in the benefits and impact of user involvement in the design, delivery and evaluation of services and so I will have a keen focus on ensuring people’s views and experiences are used to improve local services.’
Yasmin Rahman - Peer Research Officer
Yasmin is a Chemistry graduate who joined Healthwatch Barnet as Peer Research Officer in January 2021. She recently completed her Master’s in Public Health and has previous research experience exploring mental health and wellbeing, with a focus on researching health inequities faced by the BAME community. Yasmin believes in the value of co-production and is passionate about using her lived experience of health issues to improve health services in Barnet.
