As part of their statutory responsibility, the Barnet Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB) has released the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for 2018 - 2021.

We have had an exceptionally busy few months and have lots to report. It is hard to believe that it is the end of 2017! In October we welcomed Leah Kenny as our new Policy and Research Officer. She has very quickly grasped the role and is a real asset to our team.

This was an announced E&V visit as part of a planned strategy to look at a range of Sheltered Housing Units within Barnet to observe the services provided. Goodwin Court is a Sheltered Housing Extra Care unit opened in 2008 near to East Barnet.

Healthwatch talked to cancer patients to learn about their experience of travelling to their appointments in and from Barnet. The report sheds light on the patient experience of cancer transport services, which is not captured elsewhere.

The number of people being cared for in their own homes is increasing but what should you expect from home care services?

In February/April 2017 Enter and View volunteers visited 7 wards at the Hampstead site of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust to investigate the food and mealtime support that was offered to patients.
