This followed receipt of a number of comments from patients over a period of time that clinics were overcrowded, with some patients forced to stand and that the waiting time at clinics was excessive. Healthwatch Barnet held our Annual Meeting at the Subud Centre in East Barnet on 13 October 2016, where we presented the Healthwatch Annual Report and summarised some of the work that the Healthwatch team of staff and volunteers have been undertaking in the last year.
