World Breastfeeding Week is an annual global campaign to raise awareness and galvanise action on issues related to breasfeeding. World Breastfeeding Week is observed every year from August 1 to August 7.
The #WBW2026 theme is “Prioritize Breastfeeding: Create Sustainable Support Systems” – a call to action to build lasting, equitable support for breastfeeding mothers everywhere.
