Hub Connections and Healthwatch Barnet – Social Prescribing event

Hub Connections, in partnership with Healthwatch Barnet returns on Thursday 20th February 9:30am - 4pm  .... And the theme this time is Social Prescribing.

Come along and hear all about - what Social Prescribing is , who it’s for and how to access it.

We will hear from those organisations already offering social prescribing in the borough and from the new service starting in Primary Care Networks across Barnet.

We will be joined by some of the team from Barnet Federated GPs who are running the new social prescribing link workers service in Barnet as well as by our health and social care partners from across the borough.

We welcome Barnet residents to come join us and give us feedback about their experiences and what they expect from this service.

Registrations and refreshments will be available from 9.30am, with the presentations to start at 10 am.
