The Primary Care Group is a volunteer group, which is made up of a number of volunteers who have a particular interest and expertise in this area.
The group have completed a number of different projects over the last few years and continue to look at new topics within the primary care area.

Awareness of NHS medical services amongst patients
The group carried out two engagements (March & November 2017) and spoke with 390 patients at Millway Medical Practice, to find out patient use and awareness of NHS medical services.

The group spoke to 100 patients about their understanding of alternatives to seeing their GP out of hours.

The group examined all of Barnet's 62 GP surgeries websites and looked at the information given on how patients can give feedback to the practice.
